Trackside Mindset Coach

Nine seasons in the paddock taught me one thing: you don't fight nerves. You train them.

I coach motorcycle racers, racing drivers, and founders who operate under serious consequences. No corporate hype. No motivational speeches. Practical nervous system regulation built for the moment the visor drops.

Paddock Grounding

Behind the pit wall

In 2016 I left a stressful 25-year corporate career and walked the Camino de Santiago. I'd turned 50 and knew I wanted a change but not what. A 550-mile walk across Spain in August sounded like a good start, and it was.

I didn't set out to be a coach. After early work with business leaders I realised I was meant to work with competitors who'd lost their edge. Riders stuck in their own heads, looking for consistency and confidence. So I went back to school and trained in peak performance and flow.

I decided I wanted to help a racer who'd lost his mojo find a second a lap.

Principles

How I work with racers and leaders

Three strict operating standards that govern every single rider and driver relationship.

Principle 01

Feel It First

If you cannot feel the physiological shift in your breathing and hands within two minutes, the tool does not work. We do not do theoretical coaching.

Principle 02

De-Villain the Body

Your nerves are not your enemy. They are an ancient survival mechanism firing at the wrong intensity. We teach you how to dial the volume down, never fight it.

Principle 03

Measured Outcomes

Every session has a measurable benchmark on track: sector consistency, recovery after mistakes, or tyre management under pressure. We track results.
